Admissions Process

Our simple three-step process ensures every student finds the right program for their goals.

Evaluation

Submit your application for review. Admissions are on a rolling basis — there's no fixed deadline, so you can apply anytime.

Interview

Meet with our admissions team for an interview that assesses your interest, motivation, and leadership potential in the culinary field.

Decision

You'll receive one of three outcomes: Accepted, Waitlisted, or Not Admitted. Accepted students can proceed directly to enrollment.

Requirements

Please prepare the following documents for your application.

  • 2x2 colored photos (2 copies)
  • 1x1 colored photos (2 copies)
  • Passport-sized colored photos (2 copies)
  • Photocopy of Diploma / Transcript of Records (TOR)
  • Photocopy of PSA Birth Certificate (and Marriage Contract, if applicable)
  • Long brown envelope

Tuition & Fees

A 60% tuition fee collection is required upon enrollment. The remaining 40% is payable within the term according to the agreed payment schedule.

For private sector applicants, a reservation fee is required to secure your slot. This fee is non-refundable but will be deducted from your total tuition upon enrollment.
